ReRun launched “RUNNING for RERUN” at Saratoga Race Course on July 30, 2005. The first horse signed up for the program was “Cooking the Books” owned by ReRun’s Vice-President, Felice Busto’s Sea Horse NJ Stables. "Cooking the Books" donated a percentage of earnings from his race to ReRun. Since then, there have been many other owners and horses participating in the program and as a result, thousands of dollars have been donated to ReRun.
